In order to make the best out of your travel excursion, secure your trip with a 30% advance payment with an affordable manner of the total tour payment charges deposited into our company's bank account. Once the payment is received by us, our operational staff would book your hotel bookings and also arrange several other requirements for the tour. Once everything is done, we will send you a confirmation after which passengers have to pay another 20% of the total amount. The rest 50% of the total tour cost can be paid through traveler's cheques upon your arrival in India.
Payment can also be done through bank transfer a fortnight before you arrive. After you have deposited the advance payment you would be informed or updated about the arrangements for the tour. All the updates are on a regular basis.
Policy regarding cancellation / any show / initial departure
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows:
There shall be no refund if the tour is cancelled after the commencement of the tour.
We refund the payment in the same manner as the client's original payment method.
We will refund the payment after cancellation within one week.
No refunds for flight tickets.
Palace on Wheels and other convenient trains are not refundable.
In the event of tour/travel service postponement due to any avoidable or unavoidable reasons, we request to be notified in writing. Our adjustment policies will come into effect from the date we receive the written communication. The adjustment charges for rescheduling to a new tour date(s) are as follows:
We are unable to modify or cancel guest hotel reservations during the trip, and we are also unable to make any changes to the trip itinerary or duration.
If any guest cancels any hotel booking or reduce the trip duration, the package cost will not decrease; it will remain the same. In such cases, guest is required to pay the full amount of the package.
If a guest adds a different hotel instead of the package hotel during the trip, an additional amount will need to be paid.
In case of peak seasons such as Holi, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year, the package cost may increase. Additionally, during peak seasons (weekends or weekdays), separate cancellation policies for hotel bookings, specifically for Holi, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year, will apply (these will be provided as needed).
Please note: A 100% full payment is mandatory.
In the event of a dispute, if any, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rishikesh or District Session Court, Dehradun, Uttarakhand
