All refund requests must be made in writing to refunds@journeazy.com. Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:

Note: Special tours, peak season bookings, and customized packages may have different cancellation policies as specified in your booking confirmation.
Note: There shall be no refund if the tour is cancelled after the commencement of the tour.
The following are typically non-refundable once booked:
3.1 Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. For cash payments, bank transfer details must be provided.
3.2 Timeline: Refunds typically process within 7-21 business days from cancellation approval, depending on the payment method and bank processing times.
3.3 Charges: A 2.5% processing fee (minimum ₹500) will be deducted from all refunds to cover banking and administrative costs.

In the event of a dispute, if any, it shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rishikesh or District Session Court, Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
